Shipping policy

Contact Lenses and non-prescription frames or sunglasses will ship within 1-2 business days based on our inventory. Custom order contact lenses such as toric or multifocal lenses ship within 4-5 business days. Your order will be shipped through your chosen shipping method. If you do not receive your product(s) in that time period please contact us at hello@lensrus.com or 1-866-LENSRUS.

Prescription glasses will ship within 2-9 business days depending on the prescription and the type of lens required/selected. Once lenses have been installed and inspected for quality, your order will be shipped through your chosen shipping method.

Please note: We at LensRUs are not responsible for shipping delays caused by bad weather, strikes, or any possible circumstances that are beyond our control while your order is en route.
